Gaetano C. D'Emma has stopped promoting his skills to improve the performance of services. In future his focus is set on three activities:

• the assessments for the European Excellence Award at EFQM;
• the series of lectures "Business Excellence and Project Management" at the University of Bologna;
• the promotion of the Fair Business Ethics at IFBE, Geneva.

On 30th September 2012 this site will be definitely closed.
